About Me

My name is Robert Dmochowski and I’m CEO of RDTC.
I am the mechanical engineer by education.
I have studied also in FH Flensburg in Germany.
I’ve started my career as the assistant of the professor on Maritime University.
For 20 years I’ve been working for industry as the technical manager and director.
I have finalized a lot of technical projects in total value of over 75 mln EUR. Now I’m working on the projects in total value of over 100 mln EUR.

My services are provided in PL/DE/EN language and they are dedicated to the management team and the head of departments.

I’m the VP of engineers court in Szczecin and the member of Ex Co in EU Inland Ports Federation.

My advantages are punctuality, the ability to motivate my team efficiently, taking care of safety and work ethic both inside and outside the workplace.

In free time I love sailing with my friends and family.
